Brand guidelines
The FORGE logo is typeset in CALDER.
This is a standard Adobe font - available free in all Adobe programmes. The font is UPPER CASE only - so be aware of this if using the font for any purpose other than headlines.
The FORGE logo has versions with and without the strapline. Always use the strapline version if it is the only logo on a document. The version without the strapline may be used if a document has multiple logos used or if the logo is used as part of a heading or title. The version without the strapline should only be used by itself if the design is space critical or if the strapline or other FORGE information is available elsewhere on the document.
The CMYK spec for the colours in the logo is:
Red : 100% magenta / 100% yellow.
Yellow : 100% yellow.
Orange : 60% magenta / 100% yellow.
The RGB spec for the colours in the logo is :
Red : R 206. G 23. B 25.
Orange : R 239. G 125. B 0.
Yellow : R 254. G 237. B1.
Mono versions of the logo are available if required. The mono tint spec for the colours is Red : 80% Orange : 60% Yellow : 20%
The logo can be used ‘black on’ or ‘white out’ of whichever colour background is suitable and appropriate.
Headlines, subheadings and body copy should be set in Century Gothic. This is a standard, free Adobe font - available with all Adobe programmes - and is widely and freely available elsewhere. Use ‘Regular’ where possible - but italic and bold may be used as needed. Do not go smaller than 12pt for accessibility and readability.
Text boxes can have white, red, yellow or orange backgrounds to suit the design style. Text can be white, black, orange, or yellow - to suit - as required. Text boxes - and photo boxes - should have a single black keyline, 1 or 2 pts - to suit - and should be round cornered.
All logo versions .jpg / .eps / .png files etc are downloadable with this document.
