Sparks is our programme for children and young people. We’ll be introducing them to the vast array of creative and cultural careers available.

Whether it’s through venue-specific events in our region’s cultural institutions, or workshops held in schools or youth settings, participants will gain hands-on experience and insights into a range of creative professions. Workshops will explore the skills used in creative careers, opening up new possibilities and helping young people make informed decisions about their futures. Sparks aims to spark inspiration and ignite passion for creative pathways.

While the programme is currently focused on secondary-aged youth, we’ll be rolling Sparks out for primary children too.
